Sadness is one of the emotions which remind us that we still love the person whom is really dear to us. In this context, why do we feel sad? I may not have the all the answers to your questions. I can just help you find your own answer.At the end of the day, it boils down to your own feelings.
It’s what makes us human in the first place.
Deep down inside, you feel this urge to let it all out. It’s not advisable if it were to just stay inside of you and linger in your mind. Search for a channel or an avenue for you to express it. It can be in a form of anything; going out with your friends who are willing to lend a listening ear, paint a picture, write your own lyrics to a song, or blog about it if you don’t mind people knowing what you feel. Bear in mind that they can only know, but they can never understand unless you show your true feelings towards them.
I’m pretty sure most of you have experienced being sad once or many a times in your lives. Being sad is
universal, there’s no rule or whatever on when you can be sad. Anything can trigger that emotional breakdown. Like losing your handphone, your friend staining your one and only beautiful white dress or
letting go a person who is dear to you.
What do they all have in common? Emotional attachment. This is an invaluable asset that no one can ever replace it for you. That attachment is unique. You were the one who had that special bond with that someone or something. If they were to be taken away from you or it was god’s calling, then you just have to accept it that they need to go.
The emotional attachment is part and parcel of our lives. Cherish the time spent with your loved one. Remember them. Because
